"From the outset of my son’s clinical negligence claim, the team at Withy King, most notably Paul Rumley, Joachim Stanley and Jonathan Ram, has worked hard, with a high level of professionalism and dedication to bring about a successful conclusion to the case, with an admission of full liability from the Defendant. Throughout, Paul has been tenacious in his approach, shown great attention to detail and has kept me fully informed of events. He has also remained compassionate and understanding which I have valued and which has been reassuring at times when, for me, proceedings have been emotional. I would to like express my gratitude to Paul, his efforts have ensured my son's future will now be secure."
