Amy is a specialist Clinical Negligence Solicitor. She deals with a wide variety of claims for patients who have been injured as a result of negligent medical treatment.
Amy joined the Clinical Negligence Team in September 2013 have previously worked as a Solicitor at a firm on the south coast. Amy has specialised in clinical negligence law since qualifying as a Solicitor in 2010. Amy has her own caseload of clinical negligence cases and also assists Richard Coleman, Partner.
Prior to starting her legal career, Amy worked as a Registered General Nurse. She worked throughout most healthcare settings but predominantly in the community. She therefore has a good range of medical knowledge which is invaluable as a clinical negligence Solicitor.

Amy is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL)
Amy obtained a BSc (Hons) in Nursing from City University (linked to St Bartholomew’s School of Nursing) in 2002. After a few years working as an RGN she completed a part time Masters degree in Medical Law & Ethics at the University of Kent, Canterbury and then went on to study law full time, obtaining her law degree from the College of Law, London.
