In general, your opponent will have to pay your legal costs. There is no up-front fee for making a claim, and if your claim is unsuccessful, there is nothing for you to pay. In successful cases you are likely to have to make a small contribution to the cost of your case, from the compensation you recover. Please see the detailed options on our Funding page.
Some cases are resolved within a few months. Very complex cases can take much longer. Each case has its individual factors which dictate how long it will take. We will ensure that all cases proceed as swiftly as possible.

No. We will assess your claim initially by way of a telephone consultation. As and when meetings are required we can travel to your home if it’s easier for you.Return to Top
